Keep doing great things in the community!”īy the time this 10 week program is complete, nearly 10,000 meals will be served to Chattanooga seniors. Project Short Street is a 9K square foot commercial kitchen and shared use work space located in the heart of North Carolina, serving chefs, caterers, food trucks, cloud kitchens, and product developers. They offer clean, commercially-licensed space so you don’t have to worry about the overhead of getting your own kitchen. We’re helping to feed 450 seniors who need the assistance in the Glenwood Avenue area, Boynton Terrace, Mary Walker Towers as well as clients of Widow’s Harvest and the Piney Woods Veterans.” Shared-use or commissary kitchens in Charlotte, NC have become the go-to-place that chefs, caterers, trucks, and other food producers need to focus on their business. “We have a great culinary team at the Kitchen Incubator preparing these meals and will be doing so for the next 10 weeks. “This is a win-win for everyone”, said Mark Holland, Kitchen Incubator director.
